The meditation will take place inside the farm’s greenhouse, open to the late spring air, with the gongs resonating through the space. Please come prepared for a natural, outdoor setting. I will be playing two gongs: the grounding 38" Planet Earth Gong and the luminous 36" Symphonic Brilliance Gong. Together, they create a layered soundscape supporting deep relaxation, clarity, and energetic balance.

No prior meditation experience is needed—just come prepared to rest.
