Join us for an evening of gong meditation at the beautiful Strawflower Farm.

The meditation will take place inside the farm’s greenhouse, open to the evening air, with the gongs resonating through the space. Please come prepared for a natural, outdoor setting.

I will be playing two gongs: the grounding 38" Planet Earth Gong and the luminous 36" Symphonic Brilliance Gong. Together, they create a layered soundscape supporting deep relaxation, clarity, and energetic balance. We will be accompanied by goats and a turkey, which add a wonderful layer to the experience.

No prior meditation experience is needed—just come prepared to rest.

After the Session

You are warmly invited to stay after the meditation and enjoy flower picking on the farm.
